About Us
Document Management Solutions has developed a strong reputation of Integrity by finding the right fit of products for our customers needs. DMS Specializes in Data and Document Capture Products and services.
Our solutions include products that automate the extraction of the critical data off of the millions of paper documents received daily within an organization, thereby eliminating the need to manually enter the data. Capturing documents puts them in motion and enables the information contained in those documents to be acted upon. While we predominantly refer to the capture as the digitizing of paper documents; capture can also mean ingesting electronic files (emails, forms, etc.) into your information management environment.
ECM technology is defined as the Capture, Manage, Storage, Preservation and Delivery of content. As with any ECM technology, properly implementing capture tools requires a great deal of upfront work and planning. It's not as easy as dropping paper into you desktop scanner and creating a PDF file. DMS is your go to expert and will help guide you thru the classification and categorization of your documents and information to assure the accuracy of the metadata and ensure that your search function gives you the results you are looking for.
